these are good advices. I have been in a little bit of a creative rut recently, so I've been just writing what I can when I feel like it. I haven't been very excited about what I've written BUT I know it's just a palate cleanser to get to where I want to go. Not everything I write has to be fantastic, everyone has stuff they throw out, probably more gets thrown out than published
Real advice as wonderful as all of your shared life experience! Thank you, as always, for bringing that and this to all of us! For those of us who do not 'correct the barista', we appreciate fellow givers of grace. Sharing the dare to write what comes, and giving release to the fear of judgement makes this space a safe and wonderful place to share ourselves. What writer doesn't need to read a post like this one!
Love this . Coming from a family of successful artists I always feel my work is less than. Writing as well. I left home and school at 14 . Read a lot when I was able . I think that’s the only reason I can spell and sometimes punctuate correctly!
"The world is a museum." You said it, Mo! This list of helpful creativity and self-empowerment tips was actually a peek into your own creative mind, Mohika, and it's quite beautiful!
thanks mohika for sharing this :)

Great advice Mo. Thanks.
I read Anne Lamott's Bird by Bird a few months back. A fantastic book for wannabe writers. What do you say?
Thank you! Adding it to my TBR 🧡
Great post, Mo! I hope you enjoy reading my comments and poems!
I DO! You’re so sweeet always! Thank you :))))
Top advice. Starting the first draft of a little script at the moment. It will be … unremarkable. But it WILL get better. It always does.
Not correcting the barista - yep, that would be me too 😆 Lovely, wise words Mo 🙏
why don't we do it!!!!!!?????
One of life's Great Mysteries 🤣
