We expand when we embrace new truths. We contract when we let go of what no longer fits..if only we learn to expand and contract in a rhythm that flows by doesn’t hurt… beautifully written ❤️

So very yes, Mo. Everything is a vibration, a continual iteration of sensations, contemplations, meditations, excitations, and devastations. To quote my favorite poet Rachel Kann (as I oft do), "All I do is rise to fall." She also wrote, "Remind I/Me/Us/We that all we actually do is vibrate."

What a treat to share this particular iteration with a writer like you! This stint on Substack, this trip around the sun, this trip around the galactic center, this particular expansion of the entire universe. Out of EVERYTHING that exists, and everything that could exist but doesn't, and everything that doesn't exist at all even in our wildest dreams, you and I are both here, coinciding in words written and read. How cool is that?! How can we not feel insanely lucky?!
