I lost my comment again! I was saying that I never get an invitation for anything any more! I used to but not lately! I really don't go out much anymore! Only to doctor appointments and there appointments. I enjoy reading your posts but I have too many to read and I hate to unsubscribe! And I get everyone mixed up!

Hi Connie! Thank you for being here! 🙏😌 YUP it's trueeee too many posts to read. I like knowing I can open the app and have the liberty to choose what I'm in the mood to consume 😁 Spoilt, aren't we! I sometimes end up reading posts by my favourite writers many days after they've posted and I think that's okay 💖 Everything comes to us in it's own time!

This is very sweet! I have Peruvian lilies growing in my backyard, way over here in Northern California! LOVED your reading as well. I know it takes extra time and effort, and it's never required, but when you feel up to it, it adds a lot of humanity, and it's a joy. That vacation home looks delightful, despite the heat!

Helllooo Mike,

Thank you so much for your lovely comment! How wonderful that you have Peruvian lilies growing in your backyard—they must be beautiful! I'm thrilled to hear you enjoyed the reading. Your kind words mean a lot to me. I try to add a personal touch whenever I can, and it's heartening to know it makes a difference.

The vacation home really is charming, even with the heat. It’s a special place that holds many fond memories for me. Thanks again for your thoughtful feedback!

What a treat to hear your voice today, Mohika! ❤️ I enjoyed seeing your pictures as well 🤗 I love how you describe your mind as a garden and it reminds me of Zen Buddhist teachings around cultivation. Zen Buddhism talks about how we all have the seeds of everything in our mind such as anger, frustration, joy, sadness, peace, etc. What we choose to water (give energy to) is what we grow. I love to remind myself of this in moments when I may be feeling anger, for example. I step back and realize that I am not my anger but the seed of anger in me has been activated. In this moment, I can call on my seed of mindfulness and give my energy to the seed of mindfulness instead of the seed of anger. I can wrap my anger with love with the seed of mindfulness and ultimately, my seed of anger won't arise as much because I don't water that seed. Our minds are our gardens and what we take care of in our garden is what will grow! Thank you for your vulnerability and sharing your human-ness with the world. So helpful! 💐🪻🪷🌺🌸🌞

Hi Deanna, your beautiful comment brought tears to my eyes😢❤️ The way you speak about the seed of anger resonated with me so deeply. Today has been particularly tough—my grandfather was hospitalized for hip surgery. He's 89 and also a Parkinson's plus patient, so I've been feeling incredibly anxious. Your message helped alleviate some of that anxiety, reminding me to focus on the seeds of mindfulness and love. Thank you so much for your wisdom and kindness. You have truly made a difference in my day. Bless you! 🌸🙏💐
