Thank you, dear Mohika, for introducing me to Jahnavi Harrison 🙏 I had never heard of her and I’m diving into her soul filling music this morning. Perfect for my Sunday 🫂
Oh, Mo, you take these old-er bones back to those fabulous days of being young! My heart beamed with recognition of all of those things you are enjoying and my goodness, having me pull out those old tunes, thinking of nail polish, belt a favorite song in the shower....all of that! How I appreciate your excitement and thrill in living what you love. and all things that make you, YOU! You are a beam of JOY, my friend!
I love that ,"showing up for your life". I did that when on the brink of being 30 I finally accepted I wasn't waiting for 'it" to happen. I was living in a prison cell the walls of which I was building ( and paying for myself). If I'm finding things a bit tough at the moment and not physically but spiritually/emotionally it's because I am transitioning into a new phase of life and I haven't made the adjustment yet. In fact in writing that I've realised that is what the source of my discomfort is,or the major part of it. Thanks Therapist Mohika. Yes,you DO deserve lovely things because you recognize and appreciate them. And help us appreciate them too.
Such a beautiful post… I’d never heard of Jahnavi Harrison but I found her music on Spotify and am listening to it as we speak. I can’t believe she’s on none of my yoga playlists but that will change asap. Keep shining. As the outlier in my group and a fellow “I don’t give a flying f#$*”, I wish you strength and grace… always grace… to let your light shine without hiding it under a rock. x
i’d looooove to have access to your yoga playlist!! I usually practice in silence or via a led-class but listening to fun soulful music could be a gamechanger I’m thinking???
I've also started to realize that until you love yourself, you cannot expect the world to be kind to you. So I'm trying to find things which make me happy and sticking to them for keeping me sane.
Oh, and such posts from your end are a great reminder to remain on that path. 😄

Makes me sooooo happy! She's coming to perform in New Delhi in April and I'm really hoping I get to witness her craft in person! 💗💗
