Do you know where water flows? Straight to the sea.
My dear when you’re in trouble, you scoot over to me!
This week I’m sharing 5 thought nuggets with my email subscribers who don’t have the Substack app & may not have had a chance to read some of my notes. Those of you who’ve read these before, thank you for re-visiting them. I’ve added backstories & supporting thoughts for you to indulge in. Enjoy!

They say, "Don't spend your 20s cooped up staring at a screen – go out, travel, experience life." Ahem. Sir, I'm spending my 20s laying the foundation for the rest of my life. I'm juggling three jobs, oil-pulling, sun-saluting, and upskilling. My friends? They're not all like me. I miss more lunch dates and dinner invites than I'd like to admit.
I am not guilty for it. I get to take as many breaks as I want, whenever I want them. I am working on my relationship with work. I have realized I have a fire in my belly that pushes me forward. I work with speed. I work with a hunger I didn’t know I had. I am a go-getter.

Dream. Dream without logic. Keep the rational mind on mute and tune up your desire level. This is the first step. What do you want. What do you want?
You will have plenty time to put in the work. But first, be open. Open your heart to receive. Allow opportunities to show up. Allow ways of this world to co-work with you. Dream dream dream 🌠💕
I loved reading Postcard on Timing by
. She says, “You must believe that everything under the sun is sincerely interested in your success. That’s how you win.”Abundance is about how you see the world. When you believe life is full of possibilities, you naturally attract more of it. The energy you give out comes back—often in unexpected ways. Focus on what you already have, and you’ll invite even more. It’s a mindset, and it’s already within you.

I feel it is my duty to highlight the beauty I see around me so I can help others see it too.

Journaling brings clarity. I start with jumbled thoughts, by the time I finish, I usually find some sort of pattern, a lesson, or even just a sense of peace. Even the messiest entries have a way of leading me back to myself, showing me what I might not have realized I needed to see. The power of words, even when they’re just for me.
v.
Everything I do, I do it for love. I have not had a happy childhood. My teenage years were riddled with nervous breakdowns, self-hatred, and a lot of angst.
When I look back, I find more & more moments to be grateful for. I find more and more joy in healing parts of me I handed-off to others to demolish.
I see all the pain I felt & that I survived it. I may not be over it but I can look at my past and comfortably acknowledge its presence.
Life will burn you. It will break you into pieces that no amount yoga mats can glue back together. It’s not supposed to fix you. The cracks are the point. You heal, sure, but to me healing never meant getting back to some perfect version of myself that never existed. It’s moving forward with all the dents. Walking into the next battle wearing old scars like they’re part of the uniform. Hell, making them glow with glittering body oils.
Here's what I want to know: What are you living for? And when the storm rolls in—and it will—what keeps you going? You’ve got the choice to see life as an endless series of doors waiting to be opened, or as a cage that keeps you locked in. Which one’s it going to be?

I recently recommitted to seeing life through the eyes of abundance. It’s amazing how much change can come just from changing your mindset
